Christopher M. Ahamed

Mr. Ahamed is a Certified Public Accountant, CPA (K), Certified Public Secretary, CPS (K) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAK) & Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICPSK). He is also an accredited WCO Trainer. He is a six Sigma Black Belt Process Improvement specialist. He was in the inaugural Institute of Certified Public Secretary Corporate Governance (CoG) Consultants.

 He has financial experience of more than 15 years in controls and disbursements, and extensive knowledge of budgetary and financial controls, and business performance. He complements the experience with intensive industrial training in financial, customer relations, business support operational analysis and assessment. He has been involved and has broad experience in transformation and recovery and process improvement in addition to operational improvement programs

 Mr. Ahamed holds a B.A degree (UoN), an MBA (Finance & Strategy) (S.B.S.), LLB (UoN); Dip Law (KSL).

NJUGUNA MBERERE

Mr Mberere is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He has a LL.B from the university of Nairobi and a Post graduate diploma from the Kenya school.

He also graduated with a Bachelors degree in Philosophy from Urban University in Rome.

He has vast knowledge in litigation, conveyancing and commercial transactions.

 

 

 

 

CAROLINE ODERA

Miss Caroline  Odera currently works for Ahamed Mberere & Co Advocates as a secretary. She has a certificate in Early Childhood Education. In addition to which   she is an apprentice under the guidance and leadership of  Mr  Ahamed & Mberere with an aspiration to expound on her knowledge and skills.
